After training and working for Dr. John Douillard at LifeSpa for over 3 years, I am proud to be an advocate of his mission and products. I have successfully completed 10 Colorado Cleanses and have completely changed my digestion. Ayurveda is an ancient art of living and offers simple tools for our optimal health. I offer Ayurvedic treatments at my studio and I am also a LifeSpa Coach in which I guide people through the Colorado Cleanse.
